Christmas past and present.

Well we had a great second Christmas with the boys, last year they were just home from the hospital, still sick with RSV, and on apnea monitors that kept us all freaked out. Weighing just about 6lbs each!

With help from my mum, and visits from Linda, Michael, Alex, Olivia, Rachael, Dan, Danika and Summer Mai, we got through our Christmas and had a great time, although exhausted.
Robs mum and dad Sheila and Alan came for the New Year, just as my mum left, to take over the constant feeding, throwing up and crying.!!!!!
Looking back it seems that we were robots, carrying on the days and nights without any sleep, just trying to keep these little boys happy. No one can prepare anyone for life with triplets!

Now a year on our Christmas was a much more fun one, Linda, Michael, Alex and Olivia were with us from the 23rd December, and stayed through to the New Year.

Thank you to all that have been here with us through these crazy times,
All exhausted but well worth it, cant wait for the future years to come.

Here are some picture from past and present Christmas's to see what a difference a year makes.

Our First Christmas picture

First Christmas presents, of course Father Christmas went all out!!!

Cuddles from Grandma, Christmas morning, we had been up since 4am, Grandma was cooking a turkey dinner from about 5am after feeding the boys.

Mummy and her boys

Going for a walk around with the family, after everyone drove down from Orlando to spend Christmas day with us

Summer-Mai driving the Limo well, she was determined to push it all the way, and she did. Great job!!

Rob with his sister and Nieces.

New Years Eve, how times have changed lol

The only way we could get some sleep for longer than 2 hours was to have them in bed for a while, against all advice, when your tired you will do what you have to.

With Nana, meeting her for the first time.xxx

Meeting Granddad for the first time xxx

We even ventured out to see the manatees, for some fresh air, and to get out of the house. I remember it taking us a  long time trying to figure out how the pram worked, and how to load. we also had  a lot of spectators to watch us!!!!

Thank goodness someone told us about the MOBY wrap, the only way to stop Anderson from crying during 4-8pm was to carry him around.

Anderson again needing to be carried

And again with Nan

All ready for bed, mummy and daddy now on their own, all family back in England.

Managing to smile for the photo, well we were managing, feeding, burping, and sleeping, that's all it was. Oh and throwing up, cleaning up, and trying to sleep in between. And by the way, now i know why not to go to the hairdressers while you are hormonal.
Our first meeting with Father Christmas, all did well, no tears, just a look of wonder on their faces, like "what are they doing to us now?"

Christmas eve 2010, an unexpected visit from the man himself l, a neighbour decided to stop by and surprise the boys, only Christopher was up though, but Livvy and Alex enjoyed it lol.

Christmas eve, all the boys in bed, we were cleaning up, and setting the table ready for Christmas Dinner, and having a few glasses of vino. Rob was working at the fire station, and will be home in the morning

Christmas morning in their play room. About 630am!!!!

With Alex, about 630am still!!!

with livvy, still 630am!!!!

Last Christmas they had pictures in the hospital with these stockings, their whole bodies were inside, now look how much they have grown, i put one of their legs in the stocking this time.

Linda had a break from  cooking for a picture in front of the tree

Opening presents, they soon got the hang of it, i think it only took 2 hours to open everything!!!!! Okay maybe three. But we had our bucks fizz (mimosa to our American friends) and it went down well, oh and now about 1030am, it felt like we had been up for about 10 hours.

Uncle Michael trying to put together their new water table, the boys had other ideas, they wanted to sit in it.

Yes, daddy filled it with water in the living room !!!!

Sat down for Christmas dinner all together, boys enjoyed their turkey and vegetables,  Anderson tried everything!!

The boys feeding table fit perfectly around the table.

Auntie Linda's birthday, spent the day in Busch Gardens.

Dining with sesame street characters.

Happy Birthday Linda!!

Psst you are not supposed to sit on the things, well how were we supposed to know! Rob, Linda and Michael was sat on the things all ready to go when they were told to only the children get to ride, the adults have to stand at the side, Alex, Livvy and myself stood and watched laughing!!
